US Bank Agents $300MM Alliant Term Loan

Alliant Energy Finance, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alliant Energy, entered into a two-year $300 million term loan credit agreement which matures in April 2020.

Wells Fargo Agents $1B Revolver for Alliant Energy

Alliant Energy and two of its subsidiaries closed a new five-year master credit agreement with Wells Fargo as administrative agent. The agreement provides for a combined $1 billion revolving credit facility among three borrowers.
