Lifecore Biomedical entered into a broad set of agreements with long-term customer Alcon that provide for the repayment of the company’s existing credit agreement with its current lenders. Concurrently with this arrangement, Lifecore and BMO entered into an amendment to the company’s revolving credit facility.
