SLR Credit Solutions promoted Kenny Smith to senior managing director, George Vartanov to vice president and Matthew Dunn to assistant vice president.
Smith is responsible for sourcing and structuring new transactions from a nationwide network of private equity firms, commercial banks and other intermediaries. He joined SLR Credit Solutions in 2011 and has also held roles at JMH Capital, Breakaway Ventures and BDC Capital. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Secured Finance Network’s New England chapter and the Turnaround Management Association’s Northeast chapter.
Vartanov works on new deal underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to joining SLR Credit Solutions, Vartanov was an associate at Wells Fargo Capital Finance. Vartanov also has worked at Conning Asset Management and First Eagle Private Credit.
Dunn works on new deal underwriting and portfolio management. Prior to joining SLR Credit Solutions, Dunn was an associate at Wells Fargo Capital Finance and also worked as an analyst at the Wells Fargo Financial Analyst Program.
