SLR Business Credit, SLR Digital Finance and SLR Healthcare ABL hired an in-house legal team, with Kim Withrow joining as general counsel. Withrow has served as in-house counsel for lenders in a range of commercial transactions, including eCapital (formerly Bibby Financial), First Capital and Heller Financial. Withrow joined SLR from her most recent role as part of the corporate finance team at King & Spalding.
In addition to Withrow, Vicki Heller joined SLR as a paralegal with prior experience at eCapital (formerly Bibby Financial), First Capital and Textron Financial.
“Both Kim and Vicki are welcome additions to our team and will contribute to the continued growth of our ABL, factoring and digital finance businesses,” Jeff Goldrich, CEO of SLR Business Credit and SLR Digital Finance, said.
