Daniel Rinke has joined CohnReznick as a principal in its international tax practice. Based in Massachusetts, Rinke has more than two decades of international tax experience, notably involving cross-border transactional and operational planning for multinational corporations. His diverse industry experience includes pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, chemicals, semiconductors, retail and finance.
Rinke is focused on providing strategic guidance that helps clients address changing macroeconomic conditions, reconfigure operational profiles to improve business sustainability and navigate complex global tax laws and regulations. With experience leading the design and implementation of numerous M&A-related third-party transactions, Rinke advises on internal restructuring transactions such as legal entity rationalization, holding company restructuring, financing activities, redomiciliations and principal company structures.

Before joining CohnReznick, Rinke was an international tax principal at a big four firm managing large teams of international tax consultants (U.S. and non-U.S.). He earned a JD, cum laude, from Syracuse University School of Law; an LLM in taxation from Georgetown University School of Law; and a BA in philosophy, cum laude, from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
