In this capacity, Kowinski will be responsible for managing Raven’s capital markets and fundraising initiatives. She joined from Kairos Venture Investments, an early-stage venture capital investment firm. Watson started at Raven after founding and operating a series of businesses following his career in the NFL where he won a Super Bowl with the St. Louis Rams. He will be focusing on capital raising and deal origination for the firm. As the director of investor relations, Harvey will be responsible for the management and oversight of client relations, the planning and coordination of investor events and the execution of the firm’s marketing strategy. Previously, she was with Rock Springs Capital, a healthcare hedge fund and Brigade Capital, a credit focused asset manager. Kowinski and Watson will be based out of Raven’s Los Angeles office while Harvey will be in the New York office._x000D_

“With this build out of our business development and investor relations teams, Raven is well poised to drive its recent growth further,” Josh Green, founder, president and CIO of Raven, said. “Katie, Justin and Isabel bring a diverse and complementary set of skills and experiences that will add value to the firm’s investors and help to propel firm initiatives, namely expanding our market leading position in direct non-sponsor lending.”
