Madi Majecki serves as assistant vice president of Business Support, where her focus is enhancing efficiency through technology, streamlining processes, and reducing service costs — while helping clients access working capital faster and with less friction. With a strong emphasis on innovation, Majecki drives value while keeping client needs front and center.
Since she started, she has consistently taken on challenges beyond her role, promoting best practices across teams to boost broader success and prevent stagnation. In 2024, she was selected to the International Factoring Association’s NexGen Advisory Committee, which supports the growth of emerging professionals in specialty finance and champions the industry’s future.
Majecki credits her growth to mentorship from strong female leaders who instilled in her the values of integrity, adaptability and strategic thinking. These principles shape how she leads today. “There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone gain confidence, develop new skills and reach their potential. I take pride in being able to relate to team members because I’ve been in their position before,” she says.
Majecki’s tenure and leadership approach have been to learn fast, focus on the data and build consensus through information sharing and strategic collaboration. This has put the focus on performance and progress rather than doubt. She believes in using time well, putting in the work and making a real impact.
Majecki hopes to inspire the next generation of leaders in specialty finance to believe their starting point doesn’t define them. She encourages them to step outside their comfort zones, take on challenges with confidence and know their voice matters. “Be confident in who you are and trust what you bring to the table. Surround yourself with people who lift you up. Stay humble, keep learning and lead with transparency. Authenticity and self-assurance will set you apart.”
