Ankura Trust, a newly formed New Hampshire-chartered non-depository trust company specializing in loan agency services in distressed and defaulted situations, appointed Lisa J. Price managing director. She will be responsible for the oversight and negotiation of agreements with professionals and clients.
Price brings more than 25 years of experience in trust and agency administration, leading administrative teams and coordinating contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory issues. She worked in the corporate trust departments of the former Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, and HSBC Bank USA.
