PlainsCapital Bank promoted Joe Pitch and Stephanie Starrett to branch presidents, effective immediately. Both will continue to report to Brent Raindl, chairman of the Dallas region.

Pitch has been promoted to president of the bank’s One Victory Park location in Dallas. Pitch joined PlainsCapital in 2014 and most recently served as executive vice president of commercial lending. In his new role, he will continue to focus on growing loans and deposits at Victory Park and expanding the commercial lending team to better serve the Downtown, Uptown and the Stemmons Corridor areas. Pitch has more than 30 years of experience in both commercial banking and equipment financing. Prior to joining PlainsCapital, he served as senior vice president of Green Bank. His background also includes positions at Bank of America, GE Capital, CitiCapital and Associates Commercial.

Starrett has been promoted to president of PlainsCapital’s DeSoto location at 2010 North Hampton Road. Since joining the Bank in 2018, she has served as executive vice president and DeSoto market leader. In her new role, she will continue to oversee market growth in both loans and deposits for the greater DeSoto area. Starrett has nearly 39 years of financial services experience, and, prior to joining PlainsCapital, she served as senior vice president at Citizens National Bank of Texas for 17 years. She has also worked at Main Bank, First State Bank of North Texas, Team Bank and DeSoto State Bank. Additionally, Starrett served as mayor of the city of Pecan Hill, Texas, from 2010 to 2019.

“Joe and Stephanie are exceptional leaders who have demonstrated a deep commitment to their communities and to PlainsCapital,” Brian Heflin, president of PlainsCapital Bank, said. “Their promotions reflect their hard work and dedication, and I’m excited to see them continue to shape the future of our branches.”
