Niehaus brings over 20 years of experience in structured finance to Evercore. Previously, Niehaus was a managing director at Goldman Sachs leading the corporate structured finance business within the investment banking division focused on monetizing assets across industry segments including digital infrastructure, real estate, energy and intellectual property._x000D_

Niehaus holds a B.S. in economics from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a master’s in public administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
