Judy Perdomo joined Mitsubishi HC Capital Canada as director of business development for factoring and asset-based lending. Based in Calgary, AB, Perdomo will be responsible for business development in Victoria, BC; Winnipeg, MB; and Regina, SK. She will work primarily with small- and mid-sized businesses, helping them with cost-effective financing options.

“I love being able to give business owners a leg up on their journey,” Perdomo said. “What we do here at Mitsubishi HC Capital Canada helps them put their cash flow worries away, take on new orders and focus on growth. We are a vital piece of the success of our clients.”

Perdomo joined Mitsubishi HC Capital Canada with more than a decade of experience in financial services. Most recently, she served as director of business development for Liquid Capital Advance and previously owned Liquid Capital Rockyview. She has a tax background, holding positions such as tax manager, consultant and associate/consultant.

“Judy’s strengths in identifying, establishing and managing relationships with business owners aligns perfectly with our consultative partner approach to business,” Philippe Frenette, vice president of factoring and asset-based lending at Mitsubishi HC Capital Canada, said. “She understands the smart use of factoring and all aspects of [asset-based lending], and she understands finance. Most importantly, through her experience as a former business owner herself, she really understands the challenges business owners have today.”
