Kyle Seychel joined Maxus Capital Group as the director of healthcare and life sciences and commercial real estate sectors. Seychel will be responsible for cultivating new relationships to drive equipment, leasehold and real property improvements and working capital financing opportunities in the healthcare, life sciences and commercial real estate sectors.
In his two most recent positions at CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, Seychel exclusively focused on commercial real estate investment sales and equity, debt and structured finance (EDSF) transactions. He has relationships in the healthcare, life sciences and commercial real estate sectors with healthcare providers, M&A private equity sponsors, investors, developers, brokers, tenants and vendors with a focus on the middle market.
