Legacy Corporate Lending, an independent asset-based lending company, added Donna Dawson as senior director of operations. Dawson will be based in Plano, TX, and will be responsible for ensuring all new and existing transactions are maintained in compliance with Legacy’s operations management guidelines and credit policies.
Dawson has nearly 30 years of asset-based lending, operations and collateral monitoring experience. Most recently, she served as senior portfolio analyst at Live Oak Bank. Previously, Dawson held collateral and operations roles at Citi, Square 1 Bank, Newstar Business Credit, CIT, Capital TempFunds, Guaranty Bank and Fidelity Funding.
