Gareeva Joins AlixPartners as Managing Director in Digital Practice

Olga Gareeva joined AlixPartners as a managing director in the firm’s digital practice based in Dallas. Gareeva has experience designing and delivering strategic digital transformations with specific focus on the consumer and retail sectors, delivering value at the intersection of data, business process and digital technology.

Gareeva also brings extensive beverage alcohol industry experience, having served as a CIO at Bacardi-Martini and an interim CIO at Constellation Brands. Gareeva’s consumer products industry work spans North America, Latin America and Caribbean where she has deep relationships at the C-Suite level. Her expertise includes running complete technology enabled business transformations, cloud migrations, technology roadmaps, data & analytics strategy, IT talent development and M&A related initiatives such as merger integrations and implementing carveouts. Throughout her career, Gareeva has been a champion of diversity, equity and inclusion and has been deeply involved in leading DEI programs and initiatives.

Gareeva joins AlixPartners from Deloitte Consulting, where she was a managing director in the national retail and consumer products practice.
