EisnerAmper named Naomi Barrett its director of global diversity, equity and inclusion.

Barrett will work with EisnerAmper leadership and colleagues to enhance and execute the firm’s DE&I strategy. She will partner with service line and operations leaders to integrate and align the firm’s DE&I commitment to overall business plans and operating principles. Additionally, she will serve as an advisor to the firm’s DE&I council and employee resource group leaders by facilitating their programs and goals, including ongoing support of the communities EisnerAmper serves.

Barrett has 15 years of combined human resources and DE&I experience. In her role, she will work to reinforce EisnerAmper’s commitment to increasing diverse workforce representation, enhancing engagement and sentiment, and expanding diversity among clients and suppliers. In addition, she will be a strategic thought leader representing EisnerAmper DE&I commitments both internally and externally.

“EisnerAmper has long embraced diversity, equity and inclusion as foundational elements to our core values,” Lori Reiner, chief people officer at EisnerAmper, said. “Naomi is the right person at the right time to elevate the firm’s ongoing efforts to create a more equitable and inclusive firm culture where people from all backgrounds feel welcomed and can reach their potential. We’re thrilled for Naomi to join the EisnerAmper family, and we wish her the best of luck.”

“EisnerAmper is dedicated to creating an environment where colleagues are empowered to bring their whole selves to work,” Naomi said. “I’m excited to work alongside every colleague to further our global DE&I strategy to achieve our desired business outcomes and continue to support the success of our employees, our clients and the communities in which we serve.”
