International law firm Dorsey & Whitney continues to expand its Phoenix office with the arrival of mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactional partner Brian Moll.
Moll focuses on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, entity formation, corporate governance and commercial contracts. He routinely advises clients in a variety of industries: healthcare, technology and software, business services, consumer goods and services and private equity and venture capital. Moll joins Dorsey from Quarles, where he was a partner. Moll received his J.D. and B.A. from the Ohio State University.
