First Business Growth Funding, the accounts receivable financing arm of First Business Financial Services, hired Aaron Dever as vice president – business development officer.
Dever has spent his entire career in consumer and commercial finance, with the last 24 years in accounts receivable finance and asset-based lending. At First Business, Dever is responsible for sourcing accounts receivable finance transactions throughout the southeastern U.S. and nationwide.
Dever is a member of SFNet, the Turnaround Management Association, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Florida Small Business Resource Network, and is a board member of the South Florida Chapter of the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors.
