Mary Mack, CEO of consumer and small business banking (CSBB) for Wells Fargo, provided details on the structure of her organization, including the leaders of the team, including:

  • Kathy Barney, who will run branch banking operations and supervision
  • Ed Kadletz, who will lead deposit products
  • Hilani Kerr, who will lead CSBB strategy and innovation
  • David Kowach, who will lead a new organization focused on affluent client services
  • Michelle Lee, who will continue to lead the branches
  • Shaun McDougall, who will lead consumer banking national business development
  • David Miree, who will lead CSBB diverse customer segments
  • Sandra Nudelman, who will lead consumer data and engagement platforms
  • Bill Senhauser, who will lead CSBB control management
  • CJ Tolkin, who will run CSBB business execution
  • Steve Troutner, who will lead small business banking
  • Jonathan Velline, who will run the CSBB chief administrative office
  • Amanda Wiltshire-Craine, who will run CSBB operations

“Last fall we welcomed Sandra Nudelman and Amanda Wiltshire-Craine and this summer we welcome Hilani Kerr and Shaun McDougall, all from outside of Wells Fargo, to the CSBB leadership team,” Mack said. “They complement the incredibly strong leaders I have in Ed Kadletz, David Kowach, Bill Senhauser, CJ Tolkin, Steve Troutner and Jonathan Velline, who have been leading many transformative efforts across CSBB.
