TD Bank said it has earned top honors in both Small Business Banking and Middle Market Banking by Greenwich Associates, whose annual Excellence Awards recognizes national and regional banks for outstanding customer satisfaction and business services in multiple banking and treasury management categories.
TD Bank was recognized with five National Small Business awards, including overall client satisfaction and excellence in credit policy, financial stability, online services and personal banking satisfaction, supporting TD’s position as an industry leader in customer service.

TD Bank won the National Middle Market Banking award for financial stability for the fourth year in a row while also winning in the Northeast district for Small Business and Middle Market Banking in both offered categories of Overall Satisfaction and Treasury Management Overall Satisfaction. In total, TD Bank collected ten Greenwich Excellence Awards.
Greenwich Excellence Awards are determined by banks’ performance in Greenwich Associates’ annual U.S. Small Business Banking and Middle Market Banking Research Studies, in which decision makers from nearly 31,500 businesses name the banks they use and rate them in 14 banking and treasury management categories. Recognition is based on statistical differentiation at a 95% confidence level.
