Quasar Capital Partners welcomed Sam Tork to its partnership.
Tork is transitioning from his previous role with Quasar Capital Partners’ advisory board of directors, where he provided guidance with strategic priorities, and now is serving as an equity partner. In this capacity, he will have a more hands-on role in credit, asset review and strategic planning committees.
Tork is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of combined experience in banking, finance, commercial banking and asset-based lending. His background in corporate finance includes capital markets, asset-based lending, distressed debt/CCAA restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and leverage buyouts.
