Michael Trivich joined Opus Bank as senior vice president, senior credit administrator, Commercial Banking.

Trivich will be responsible for structuring and decision-making involved with senior debt financing solutions provided to Opus’ Commercial and Specialty Banking clients.

Trivich, a 16-year banking veteran, joined from Bank of America, where he served as vice president, senior credit products officer and was responsible for the underwriting, structuring and execution of commercial and industrial credit facilities, as well as the management of a portfolio of commercial loans.

From 2009 to 2015, Trivich served with PNC Bank, most recently as vice president, credit officer and senior underwriter. From 2008 to 2009, Trivich served with Bank of Indiana as commercial credit officer.
