NXT Capital announced it has provided a $54.7 million senior secured facility to fund PNC Riverarch Capital & BB&T Capital Partners’ recapitalization of Women’s Marketing.

NXT Capital said it was the sole lead arranger, sole bookrunner and administrative agent for this transaction.

Women’s Marketing is a media strategy and activation agency for brands targeting women with a strong history of providing emerging and ambitious established brands with the insights, media access, and strategy to compete against the world’s biggest marketers.

PNC Riverarch Capital, a division of PNC Capital Finance, is a middle-market private equity firm that invests in privately held companies headquartered in North America to support recapitalizations, leveraged and management buyouts, corporate divestitures and growth financings.

“We are pleased to work with NXT Capital again to complete the refinancing of WMI along with its recent acquisition of Flying Point Digital, a highly strategic investment that further solidifies WMI’s digital media offering,” said Michael Hand, managing director, PNC Riverarch. “NXT continues to provide the flexibility we value and allowed us to move forward quickly on terms that address our plans for the company’s growth.”
