Steve Hinrichs joined Monroe Capital as managing director in its Los Angeles office. Hinrichs will serve as the firm’s group head for the Southern California region.

Prior to Monroe, Hinrichs was a managing director at Capital One Business Credit, where he was responsible for establishing and growing the bank’s business in the West Coast region. Before Capital One Business Credit, he was a senior vice president at Bank of America Business Capital, where he managed a team and was responsible for the originations, structuring, underwriting, closing and funding of asset-based financing transactions for 16 years. Before Bank of America Business Capital, he was at GE Capital.
