Wells Fargo Capital Finance (UK) appointed Neil Kerridge to the position of director, regional underwriting manager. Based in the London office, Kerridge will report to Steven Chait, managing director and head of EMEA for Wells Fargo Capital Finance.

Kerridge, a leader in the UK Asset-Based Lending (ABL) market with 19 years of experience, has held key roles across the industry in risk, structuring, commercial, capital markets and due diligence. Most recently, he was an executive director at GE Capital, responsible for structuring and executing UK, U.S. and European trade receivables, ABL and equipment finance facilities. Prior to GE Capital, Kerridge was head of ABL structuring and syndication at Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, following roles as a regional manager and head of audit.
