Kraton Performance Polymers (KPP) will consummate the previously announced acquisition of Arizona Chemical in early January 2016. The company expects the financing in connection with the acquisition to be at a cost consistent with that previously announced.

According to a related 8-K filing, the base purchase price will be $1.37 billion. KPP said it will finance the purchase price with debt facilities committed by Credit Suisse Securities (USA), Nomura Securities International and Deutsche Bank Securities.

Financial advisors for Kraton are Lazard, J.P. Morgan Securities and Nomura Securities International. Legal advisors for Kraton are Baker Botts and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.

Financial advisors for the sellers are Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley and the legal advisor for the sellers is Weil, Gotshal & Manges.
