Jonathan Bobinger, partner at Clifford Chance, joined its new office in Houston. He joined Jonathan Castelan, Trevor Lavelle, Alexandra L. Wilde and Enoch Varner as part of the seven new partners in Houston, along with Devika Kornbacher, Alex Leff and Tony Giustini who are relocating to support the expansion.
Bobinger comes from Baker Botts and is a transactional lawyer with significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and securities matters. He has particular experience advising on complex transactions for regulated and unregulated companies in the electric power and natural gas spaces and renewable energy companies in the wind and solar sectors.
