Cedar Croft Consulting, a turnaround management consulting firm, established a new office in Tampa, FL. Jason Liu will join Cedar Croft Consulting’s team as managing director to head up the Tampa office.
Liu has served his clients by identifying and creating opportunities for enhanced enterprise value and overcoming complex operational, financial and legal challenges throughout Asia and North America.
Lui’s portfolio includes high-stakes strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, manufacturing and supply chain management, government contracts, complex commercial litigations, financial turnaround and negotiations and product line development.
