LBC Credit Partners announced that Dwayne Kennemore and Jess Wagner have joined the company as senior associate and analyst, respectively.
TAB Bank said it has appointed Steve Sala as president. Sala has been a member of TAB’s board of directors for approximately 18 months. His experience includes a long banking career with JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo and First Interstate Bank.
On Deck said it has secured nearly $100 million in new debt commitments, which includes an $80 million credit facility jointly led by Goldman Sachs and Fortress Credit and $17 million of venture debt loans from SF Capital and Lighthouse Capital Partners.
American Capital said JPMorgan Chase was the administrative agent on $850 million of financing encompassing a new $600 million debt refinancing term loan and a new $250 million senior secured revolver.

Veteran bankruptcy and restructuring attorney Gerald Bender has joined Lowenstein Sandler as a member of the firm in its Bankruptcy, Financial Reorganization & Creditors’ Rights Department. Bender joined Lowenstein Sandler from O’Melveny & Myers, where he was a partner.
