Catalyst Paper announced an update on the status of its discussions regarding a new asset-backed loan facility and an exit financing facility.

Specialty camera shop chain Ritz Camera & Image LLC has filed for Chapter 11 protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in the District of Delaware. This filing marks the second time the company has filed for bankruptcy in three years.

Northstar Aerospace and its U.S. subsidiaries have filed Chapter 11 petitions in Delaware. The company also filed for protection under CCAA in Canada. Northstar’s existing secured lenders will provide $4 million in DIP financing and Boeing Capital Loan will provide $7 million in DIP financing.

Eastman Kodak Company filed a motion seeking approval of bidding procedures for the prompt bankruptcy auction of its Digital Capture and Kodak Imaging Systems and Services Patent Portfolios.

The RoomStore announced its plans to sell off its assets, including the inventory at its 28 remaining stores, at an auction, The Associated Press reported.
