Blue Torch Capital, a New York-based private credit investment firm, closed Blue Torch Credit Opportunities Fund III and its affiliated entities with total investor commitments of $2.3 billion, exceeding its $2 billion target.
Consistent with prior vintages, the fund will focus on providing bespoke credit solutions to middle-market companies across an array of industries to support growth and acquisitions and address operational challenges and financial hurdles.
As of Dec. 31, 2023, the Blue Torch platform has deployed $8.2 billion across 127 portfolio companies since its inception.
