BizCap (doing business as Business Capital since 2002), a national commercial finance and advisory firm, hired Ryan Barringer as managing director, filling a role on the company’s management team. Based in San Francisco, Barringer will be responsible for defining and executing on BizCap’s national growth strategy.

“I have known Ryan for many years and can speak for everyone at BizCap in saying we are fired up to have Ryan join our team,” Chuck Doyle, president and CEO of BizCap, said. “Ryan’s customer focus, marketplace knowledge, relationship building ability and attitude are attributes I have always admired. We look forward to Ryan’s leadership on our growth initiatives and in ensuring our clients continuously have an exceptional experience with BizCap,”

“I’m thrilled to join the BizCap team, especially at this exciting time in the company’s nearly 20-year history,” Barringer said. “Our compelling value proposition, coupled with the enormous potential for growth on a national basis and the proven track record of success for the BizCap business model, made my decision to join this team an easy one,”

Barringer has 20 years of experience in strategic market planning in the commercial finance sector. Most recently, Barringer was a senior director for Western Alliance Bank, where he led client acquisition and retention efforts for several regional divisions and national business lines. Prior to that, he was an executive at Bridge Bank, where he led brand strategy in addition to customer experience management.
