Kathryn R. Bittner has joined Bryn Mawr Trust as senior vice president, sales strategy and development manager.
Bittner will, in this newly created role, focus on developing growth strategies, support infrastructure, and the professional development of BMT’s expanding commercial real estate and commercial and industrial lending groups.

She is great addition to our senior banking team,” said Kevin Tylus. “Her expertise in employee development; customer segmentation and support; process improvement; relationship development; and credit and portfolio management will be a real asset as we continue to strategically grow our organization.”
Bittner joined BMT from M&T where she spent 15 years and oversaw its Greater Philadelphia Business Banking Group and previously led the Sales Strategy and Support teams for the business banking division. Prior to this, she held positions of increasing responsibility in retail and commercial banking through her time at Mellon and Citizens Bank.
