Avante Capital Partners, a women-owned private credit and structured equity firm, completed a unitranche debt and equity investment in SSI Strategy Holdings to support a growth investment by Amulet Capital Partners.
Headquartered in Parsipanny, NJ, SSI is a provider of strategic consulting services for scientific functions within life sciences companies.
