Peter Malmstrom joined Associated Bank as senior vice president and regional senior credit officer, corporate banking. He is responsible for approval and concurrence duties for the bank’s commercial lending groups.
Malmstrom brings more than 20 years of banking experience to Associated Bank. Most recently, he held the position of chief credit officer at a local community bank in Minneapolis. Prior to that, he spent 19 years at U.S. Bank where he worked with numerous business lines as a credit analyst, document risk specialist and special loans manager.
