Asset Compliant Solutions (ACS), a provider of loan portfolio optimization services for asset-based lenders and lease finance companies, appointed Ian F. Campbell, CLFP, as senior vice president and director of operations.

Campbell brings over 25 years of experience in the fintech sector, most recently serving as director of customer service and portfolio management/loss mitigation at Channel Partners Capital. During his tenure, Campbell played a crucial role in growing the company’s portfolio from $30 million to $1 billion in total assets.

In his new role at ACS, Campbell will focus on enhancing operational efficiencies and expanding capacity to build on the company’s well-established reputation as a full-service provider in the collections, recovery and portfolio optimization space.

“We are thrilled to welcome someone of Ian’s caliber to our team,” Brian Noble, CEO of ACS, said. “His proven track record in driving growth and delivering innovative solutions will be instrumental in powering superior client outcomes and fueling our continued expansion.”

Campbell’s expertise lies in leadership development and in strengthening business performance through the design, implementation and optimization of systems and processes to sustain long-term growth.

“I look forward to partnering with financers and servicers on best business practices and industry trends, while helping to build out additional servicing offerings from ACS to better suit the needs of this fast-growing industry,” Campbell said. “Through growth, we’ll create great career opportunities for exceptional industry professionals to join our team, where they can be part of something truly amazing.”

A CLFP, Campbell holds a bachelor of science in business administration from Columbia Southern University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is also a member of the ELFA credit and collections committee.
