Alvarez & Marsal Taxand appointed Fabrizio Lolliri managing director and global head of transfer pricing.

Lolliri’s 20 years of experience in transfer pricing spans across multiple markets and industries. He returned to A&M after serving eight years at Hogan Lovell as global head of transfer pricing. He also has served as head of transfer pricing at Orange and France Telecom. Earlier in his career, he worked at Deloitte and KPMG.

Lolliri has managed transfer pricing and general tax matters across several jurisdictions, including China, France, Germany, Italy, Singapore, Switzerland, the UK and the U.S. He has advised life sciences, consumer and technology companies on intellectual property and supply chain planning. Lolliri also has led several supply chain projects.

“Transfer pricing advisory services is critical for clients in transforming business models, adopting future strategy and complying with the rapidly changing tax rules,” Ernesto R. “Fabrizio’s experience and leadership advances A&M Taxand’s capabilities,” Marvin Rust, managing director and head of Alvarez & Marsal Taxand Europe, said. “With increasing need for sophisticated solutions in transfer pricing, Fabrizio’s technical expertise to produce complex financial models and client-side experience further strengthens our ability to deliver on our leadership, action, results credo.”
