Brian Greene, Jenny Kramer, Seth Kruglak, Michael Masri, Samantha Miller and Christy Rivera were elected to Chadbourne & Parke’s partnership, effective November 1, 2016.

Greene joined the firm in 2010 and is based in Washington, D.C. He represents public and private entities in domestic and international project finance, energy and infrastructure projects, particularly in the U.S. and Latin America.

Kramer joined the firm in 2015 and is based in New York. She is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice focuses on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, complex commercial litigation and regulatory enforcement. Prior to joining Chadbourne, she served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey.

Kruglak joined the firm in 2013 and is based in New York. He represents parties in all aspects of federal and state litigations, appeals, international and domestic arbitrations, and government investigations. His experience includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex proceedings, conducting internal investigations, enforcing judgments, negotiating settlements and engaging in alternative dispute resolution.

Masri joined the firm in 2011 and is based in New York. He is a transactional lawyer whose principal areas of practice are tax and project finance. He regularly advises his clients on energy tax credits, government incentive programs, project development and finance, mergers and acquisitions, and all forms of leasing transactions.

Miller joined the firm in 1999 and rejoined the firm in 2006. She is based in Washington, D.C. and focuses her practice on complex litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage disputes and counseling. She advises both domestic and international insurance carriers on a wide range of matters including professional liability, environmental issues, product liability, toxic torts and healthcare.

Rivera started at the firm as a summer associate in 2000, and is based in New York. She represents financial institutions, corporate trustees and other parties-in-interest in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings. She also represents financial institutions and companies on bankruptcy-related matters in structured finance transactions, such as securitizations, asset-based loans and secured lending.
