44 Business Capital, a division of Berkshire Bank, hired David Nayor as first vice president, SBA Lending for the New York City, Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT market. Nayor has most recently served as chief financial officer for Live Media Group Holdings.

Nayor formerly served as co-president and chief operating officer of BoeFly, creating, launching and operating the online marketplace platform for the origination of small business and commercial loans. Nayor has held a variety of financial positions at United Western Bank NYC and New York-based Business Loan Express.

Nayor will be responsible for building relationships to support the small business community in the region.
