California Bank of Commerce hired three new commercial bankers: Senior Vice President Phillip Hoover, Vice President Annalyn Perez and Vice President Daniel Fujimoto.

Hoover has over 10 years in the dental practice acquisition financing field. He was a founding team member of Bank of America’s dental practice acquisition group, leading the Northern California Practice Acquisition team. Prior to joining CBC, Hoover was with Pacific Continental Bank, where he managed the bank’s portfolio of dental loans and was responsible for growing the practice acquisition portfolio.

Perez is an experienced commercial banker with over 15 years of experience in financing growing companies in the Bay Area. Most recently, Perez was a vice president and relationship manager with Bay Commercial Bank where she was responsible for developing new commercial credit relationships and managing a portfolio of complex credits.

Fujimoto has experience financing a wide range of industries across the Bay Area. He was previously with Community Bank of the Bay where he was a commercial banker for over seven years. Fujimoto has past experience in accounting and investment management firms.
