Golub Capital promoted Andy Steuerman to vice chair of direct lending and Greg Cashman to head of direct lending. Spyro Alexopoulos, Craig Benton, Alissa Grad, Gregory Robbins, Marc Robinson, Rob Tuchscherer and Jason Van Dussen were promoted to senior managing director roles.

Steuerman, who has been with the company for more than 17 years, was promoted to the new role of vice chair of direct lending. Steuerman will continue as a senior member of the investment committee. He also will oversee the special situations team, manage the late-stage lending business and conduct new strategic initiatives.

Cashman will succeed Steuerman as head of direct lending. Cashman has been with Golub Capital for more than 24 years as an underwriter, originator and member of the investment committee.

Alexopoulos, Benton, Grad, Robbins, Robinson, Tuchscherer and Van Dussen have contributed individually to Golub Capital and its partners for many years.

“We’re delighted to celebrate the accomplishments of these long-tenured senior leaders,” David Golub, president of Golub Capital, said. “Our leadership team is strong and deep. We have worked together on average for more than 15 years, and we are looking forward to many more.”
