Central States Bankruptcy Workshops

Join us for the 32nd Annual Central States Bankruptcy Workshop, being held June 18-20 at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago in vibrant downtown Chicago. It’s not just an occasion to deepen your professional knowledge with leading experts in bankruptcy and consumer law; it’s also a fantastic opportunity to network with Upper Midwest insolvency professionals.

Beyond the workshops and sessions, we’ve organized some fantastic social activities to enhance your experience at our program, providing ample opportunities to network and enjoy the city.

Social Activities Scheduled for the Workshop

• Late-Night Reception: Keep the conversation going at our late-night reception, hosted by the Young and New Members Committee. All are welcome for an evening of drinks, games and mingling! Tickets are $25 per person. Make sure to select this option on the online registration form.

• “The Bear” —Themed Food Tour: This “Yes, Chef” outing, inspired by the hit show “The Bear,” will take you on a culinary journey that mimics the show. The 3 1/2-hour bus tour includes multiple stops, along with tons of fun facts and behind-the-scenes tidbits about the show, and will leave you with a full belly! Tickets are $180 per person. This event is currently sold out, but you can add your name to our waitlist, then stay tuned for updates.

• Wine Tasting at LIVA by Chicago Winery: Enjoy a happy hour and wine tasting with local favorite LIVA at Chicago Winery! As the event is set above the winery, you’ll be able to watch of the production process while enjoying their collection of house-made wines. Sip, savor and build valuable connections at this relaxing and enriching event! Tickets are $75 per person, and you can sign up via the online registration form.

• Improv Show at Second City: The Best of The Second City: Chicago-Style features some of the best sketch comedy and songs from our comedy vaults that are about … you guessed it, Chicago! Will there be deep-dish digs? Political puns? Cubs comedy? If it’s about the Windy City, you can bet it’ll get roasted by The Second City Touring Company. Tickets are $80 per person; sign up via the online registration form.
