White Oak Commercial Finance looks for opportunity in every situation, providing a wealth of financing options to address the unique challenges faced by small- and medium-sized businesses across their growth cycles.

As an affiliate of White Oak Global Advisors (WOGA), White Oak Commercial Finance provides asset-based lending, full-service factoring, lender financing, invoice discounting, government contract financing, supply chain financing, inventory financing, U.S. import/ export financing, trade credit risk management, account receivables management and credit and collections support.

In addition to a broad range of products, White Oak Commercial Finance serves clients in a wide variety of industries. Just this year, White Oak Commercial Finance has provided financing to businesses in the film packaging, staffing and government contracting industries, among others. Regardless of industry, White Oak Commercial Finance helps each client tackle critical phases of the growth cycle, from expansion to recapitalization, by leaning on its vast experience, talented team and global reach to help businesses make the most of their assets through innovative and customized financing solutions.

At White Oak Commercial Finance, innovation comes from the top down. The company embraces the entire WOGA platform’s ambition to evolve and grow to meet the rapidly shifting demands of small and medium-sized enterprises. To that end, White Oak Financial, the parent company of WOGA, completed its acquisition of Finacity Corporation, a global provider of working capital and trade finance funding solutions, in the second half of 2021. With this acquisition, White Oak and its affiliates will have more than 215 professionals focused on asset-based lending offering trade receivables securitization and a variety of ABL products, including invoice discounting, factoring, trade finance, supply chain finance, lender finance and import-export finance. The acquisition will also accelerate White Oak’s drive into the $30 trillion market for asset-based working capital solutions.
