The following attorneys have been elected partner:
R. Alex Brown (Finance), resident in the Atlanta office, counsels asset managers, banks, business development companies and insurance companies on a variety of structured finance, fund finance and other commercial lending transactions.
David W. Cone (Real Estate), resident in the Atlanta office, represents developers, pension fund administrators, commercial mortgage servicers, lenders and borrowers in a range of real estate and real estate finance matters.
Brittany Edwards-Franklin (Tax), resident in the Atlanta office, counsels clients on a range of tax and ERISA employee benefits matters, including qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation, health and welfare arrangements and executive compensation.
