Bank of America Business Capital Adds Three New SVP/BDOs

Bank of America Business Capital added Brad Kuhn and Sabrina Singh as senior vice presidents/business development officers in the Midwest region and Michael Pisani as senior vice president/business development officer in central and eastern Canada. They will provide asset-based lending solutions and banking products to large and middle market companies, intermediaries and financial sponsors in the United States, Canada and across Europe.

Based in Detroit, Kuhn previously served as an executive director at JPMorgan Chase. In his more than 20 years in the asset-based lending industry, he has held a variety of roles in credit structuring, underwriting and portfolio management at GE Capital and Heller Financial.

Singh, who is based in Chicago, has spent the last 15 years working in the secured lending and leveraged loan industries, most recently as vice president and business development officer in the ABL group at BMO Harris Bank. Her prior experience includes underwriting and managing cash flow loans at Citizens Bank and Orchard First Source Capital, as well as working on large institutional transactions at RBC Capital Markets in Toronto.

Based in Toronto, Pisani has nearly 20 years of financial services experience and has lending expertise with an emphasis on asset-based financing and workouts. Prior to joining the bank, he worked for a Canadian distressed debt firm, Wells Fargo Equipment Finance, GE Capital and CIT Business Credit Canada, where he held a variety of roles, including restructuring financial products, underwriting and portfolio management and providing asset-based credit facilities to the mid-market.
