36th Street Capital Partners, an independent provider of equipment financing solutions for middle-market companies, appointed Cecile Latouche executive vice president of credit and risk management.

Latouche has more than 15 years of equipment finance experience in positions of increasing scope and management responsibility, including senior roles with Atalaya Leasing, Sterling National Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Finance and Leasing and Société Générale Equipment Finance.
