Throughout her 14-year career at eCapital, Celina Rambaran has demonstrated incredible work ethic, skill and thoughtful management. Rambaran has grown professionally with the company, working her way up from an entry level collateral analyst position to her current role as vice president of operations.

On a day-to-day basis, Rambaran ensures the promptness of primary funding and facilitates a smooth transition from prospect to client while managing the asset-based lending operations team in New York, running treasury services, overseeing workout accounts and frequently taking on special, time-sensitive projects. Rambaran always goes above and beyond with a positive attitude to deliver exceptional results, making her a key contributor to eCapital’s success and growth.

Committed to both her team and clients, Rambaran proactively prioritizes initiatives aimed at optimizing the company’s service delivery and elevating the customer service experience. In 2022, she led the transition of her client base to a more efficient reporting structure, which dramatically reduced her team’s client workload, allowing them more time to focus on supporting clients.

Rambaran has also built and trained a solid team of collateral analysts who are focused on protecting eCapital from loss while maintaining strong relationships that promote client retention. She is a passionate leader, constantly training, developing and motivating her team. She was a key contributor in creating a formal training program that ensures a consistent and positive onboarding experience for new hires. Her commitment to her team was especially highlighted during the COVID-19 pandemic, as she worked to keep spirits high and maintain continuity via training and mentorship when her team began working remotely.
