1st Colonial Community Bank hired Tony LaMarca as executive vice president and chief lending officer (CLO) and promoted Randy Wolfe to chief revenue officer (CRO).

As CLO, LaMarca will direct and manage the bank’s commercial lending activities, including the continued rollout and integration of the bank’s new loan origination system.

“We are pleased to welcome Tony to our leadership team. Attracting an executive of his caliber further supports our mission of becoming the leading small business lender in all of the markets we serve,” Robert White, CEO of 1st Colonial Community Bank, said.

LaMarca has more than 38 years of commercial lending expertise developed in executive level positions within consumer and commercial banks throughout New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Previously, LaMarca held positions at Customers Bank, Sun National Bank, Susquehanna Bank and Wilmington Trust FSB, among other financial institutions.

Wolfe has been with 1st Colonial Community Bank since 2016, most recently serving as the bank’s director of commercial and retail banking. In his new role as CRO, Wolfe’s responsibilities will include managing SBA lending, retail banking and all commercial non-interest revenue activities.

“In his five-year tenure with 1st Colonial Community Bank, Randy has played a pivotal role in our growth,” White said. “We have no doubt he will excel as our CRO and continue to enhance the value we bring to our expanding customer base.”

Wolfe has more than 20 years of banking industry experience. Prior to joining 1st Colonial Community Bank in 2016, Wolfe previously worked a combined 13 years at Commerce Bank and Republic Bank. He served in various roles, including in operations, compliance and sales.

1st Colonial Community Bank is a subsidiary of 1st Colonial Bancorp. The bank maintains administrative offices in Cherry Hill, NJ.
