Wilmington Trust expanded its Mergers and Acquisitions team in the Global Capital Markets division with three staff additions. Laron Galea was hired as head of Product Planning and Development, Stuart Landucci as head of Sales Strategy and Timothy Martin as senior relationship manager.

Prior to joining Wilmington Trust, Galea worked at Deutsche Bank, where he was global Escrow Solutions sales head for the past four years. He started at Deutsche Bank in 2003, and has experience in trust and securities services business development and investment banking relationship management.

Landucci also joined from Deutsche Bank, where he was the sales head for Global Debt Services. He was also sales head for Structured Finance Services, Corporate Trust and Securities Services in the bank’s London and New York offices. Landucci also acquired corporate trust experience at Bank One, Citigroup and Chase Manhattan.

Martin joins Wilmington Trust from Wells Fargo, where he was a vice president with business development and account administration responsibilities since 2004. Previously, he held various corporate trust roles at JP Morgan including senior account executive and corporate trust administrator.
