Symantec Corporation entered into a credit agreement with a lender group led by Wells Fargo Bank as administrative agent. Also in the syndicate are Bank of America, Citibank and JPMorgan Chase, as co-syndication agents; Barclays Bank, HSBC Bank USA, Mizuho Bank, Morgan Stanley Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ as co-documentation agents and Wells Fargo Securities, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets and JPMorgan Chase Bank as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers.

The facility provides for a three-year term loan in an aggregate principal amount of $1 billion and a five-year revolving credit facility in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1 billion.
