ABF Journal, New York Institute of Credit and the Philadelphia Chapters of the Commercial Finance Association and the Turnaround Management Association jointly announce the sixth annual Education& Networking Conference will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the Villanova University Conference Center in Villanova, PA.

This year’s event will feature three interactive sessions encompassing: Restructuring Alternatives to Contested In-Court Reorganizations, Today’s Lending Environment and Views From the Bench. The moderators will include highly credentialed practitioners who will lead panels consisting of recognized experts on the topics described. The panelists will include four practicing bankruptcy court judges from several jurisdictions in the tri-state area, including the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. To facilitate networking, the event will be followed by a cocktail reception at the storied Villanova Montrose Mansion.

Jerry Parrotto, ABF Journal publisher, said, “The feedback for this event continues to indicate attendees were more than satisfied with the unique content and venue of this conference. This year we will be joined by the Honorable Eric L. Frank, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of PA who join a panel consisting of a turnaround professional, a legal practitioner, an asset-based lender and a private equity principal.” Parrotto added, “And when you consider that attendees can also earn CPE, CTP, CIRA & CLE continuing professional credits and have the opportunity to interact and network with peers make this a ‘can’t miss event.'”
